Requirements

Experience in Software-network engineering, automation or AI/ML roles; Experience building, debugging & scaling automation workflows, scripts or infrastructure-as-code pipelines; Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies; Strong programming skills for automation and experience in Software-Network Delivery lifecycle; Experience in Automation & Orchestration - experience with Ansible - writing, structuring & scaling playbooks-roles and Python for network-process automation; Experience in Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG & AI assistant lifecycle management; Experience CI/CD & DevOps Practices: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD & version control; Experience in Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud platforms & containerised applications - Red Hat OpenShift; Experience in Data: Data handling, processing, and transformation; Experience in telecom, networking, or large-scale enterprise environments; Experience in workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence or SharePoint; Experience in FTTx Access Network: GPON/XGSPON (OLT, ONT), Intent-Based or Networking; FTTx EMS Applications: Containerised (AAC), Virtualised (ACS, AMS)
