AI Builder - FDE (UAE)

Hyde builds specialist AI models and agents for high-stakes enterprise workflows. As an AI Builder, you will work in talent-dense teams across three tracks (Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Research) to build and deploy the training and inference stack that enables enterprises to develop RL-based agents. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE, with travel to Hyde offices and customer locations as needed. Responsibilities

Embed directly with enterprise CXOs and senior stakeholders to identify high-value problem spaces and translate them into deployable AI systems; Iterate on Hyde's product toolkits by capturing applied AI patterns that create delivery leverage; Capture usage insights from production environments to refine product abstractions and interfaces for deployments; Work at the frontier of post-training research, training and fine-tuning models, building agents, designing evaluation frameworks, and creating RL environments for specific enterprise domains; Build and deploy the training and inference stack that enables enterprises to develop RL-based agents

Requirements

Experience working in applied ML, reinforcement learning, evals, product engineering, product management, and/or top-tier management consulting; Solid grasp of ML basics (how models are trained and evaluated); Strong problem decomposition skills; Preferred backgrounds include but are not limited to Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent experience building technical or AI products; Ability to run technical discovery with senior stakeholders; Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scoped AI systems; Ability to communicate model behavior credibly to non-technical audiences; Hands-on software engineering skills in at least one language such as Python, TypeScript, Java or C++, through shipping production code or building working prototypes alongside engineers
