AI Consultant

We are looking for an AI Consultant who can create strategic impact with AI, translating complex technology into business value for our clients. You will work with senior stakeholders to define AI strategies, lead transformation programmes, and design scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy engagements, discovery workshops, and maturity assessments with enterprise clients across EMEA; Define AI roadmaps and prioritised use case portfolios, anchored in business case and ROI; Design (together with technical experts) and advise on data science and generative AI solutions for complex business problems; Guide clients through AI transformation programmes, from vision to implementation; Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on AI adoption strategy and organisational change; Bring emerging technology thinking to client conversations and internal teams

Requirements

Experience in an AI, data, or technology consulting role, preferably at a consulting firm or digital agency; Strong track record working with enterprise clients, particularly across EMEA markets; Confident working with senior stakeholders, from C-suite to IT product owners and marketing leaders; Ability to build business cases and communicate ROI of AI initiatives; Understanding of AI transformation, change management, and enterprise implementation; Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps concepts; Analytical, commercially minded, and a strong communicator

Nice to have

Familiarity with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
