Requirements

7+ years of experience as an AI Data Protection / Privacy Lawyer; Legal qualification (LL.B./LL.M./CIP/E) in an EU jurisdiction or equivalent, combined with deep technical grounding in AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agents, vector stores); Pragmatic stakeholder communicator — able to challenge solution design, translate legal risk into technical constraints, and operate decisively under ambiguity; Exposure to LLM/agent platforms (Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic) and AI governance or model risk frameworks; Fluency in English (B2); Availability for Hybrid model (based in lisbon); Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
