AI QA Engineer (Agentic Testing)

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered testing agents for functional, regression, and integration testing.; Build AI workflows capable of interpreting user stories and business requirements to generate automated test scenarios.; Evaluate and optimize AI-generated testing results by refining prompts and improving testing accuracy.; Develop and maintain API automation using Playwright.; Build and maintain mobile automation frameworks using WebDriverIO.; Integrate AI-powered testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines.; Document AI-generated execution evidence, logs, screenshots, and testing reports.; Collaborate with engineering teams to continuously improve AI-driven testing strategies, automation frameworks, and software quality practices.; Research and promote emerging AI technologies that improve testing efficiency and engineering productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.; 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or Quality Engineering.; Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered or Agentic Testing solutions.; Experience with AI-driven testing platforms such as Testim, Mabl, Katalon AI, Reflect, or similar.; Experience building or configuring LLM-based testing workflows or AI agents.; Experience designing AI-generated test cases from user stories or business requirements.; Experience validating and improving AI-generated testing outputs.; Strong experience with Playwright for API automation.; Experience automating mobile applications using WebDriverIO.; Strong JavaScript and TypeScript programming skills.; Experience testing REST APIs, authentication flows, and token management.; Experience integrating automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines.; Experience using Git and modern software development practices.; Advanced English proficiency.; Experience implementing AI-powered or Agentic Testing solutions.; Strong experience with Playwright, WebDriverIO, JavaScript, and TypeScript.; Experience with REST API automation and CI/CD integration.
