As an Air Import Agent, you'll be tasked with ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service!

Responsibilities

Prepare files for import; Monitor & process shipments; Manage documents from carriers and brokers; Arrange customs clearance and delivery for shipments; Manage unique, client-based logistic requirements; Invoicing shipments

Requirements

1–2-year experience in a logistic or supply chain function or equivalent education; Global logistics industry knowledge; Computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word); Excellent communication skills (English)

Nice to have

Experience in logistic operations, domestic transportation, or dispatch role.
