Responsibilities

Manage air import shipments from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.; Accurately process shipment documentation and maintain records within internal systems.; Monitor and track shipments, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly.; Liaise with customers, airlines, brokers, transport providers and overseas offices to ensure excellent customer service.; Arrange customs documentation and ensure timely delivery of freight.; Prepare accurate customer and supplier invoicing.; Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements and relevant industry regulations.; Work towards departmental KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.; Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and continuous learning.

Requirements

Previous experience or relevant training is desirable, but not essential; Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
