Analyst Compliance

As a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings—which is backed by Berkshire Hathaway—you’ll be doing things that matter, leading at every level, and winning a better way. Support the Marmon Legal Contracts Team in validating contract data, improving AI-driven contract management processes, developing contract playbooks, and conducting AI-assisted contract reviews with 4–7 years of experience in Law (Attorney/Paralegal) or Contract Management/Analytics.

Responsibilities

Assist the Marmon Legal Contracts Team with data validation; Validate AI data pulls in existing Contract Management System; Review existing contract abstracting (e.g., assessing term, termination, autorenewals and pricing changes); New contract abstracting; Link related documents; Locate executed documents not moved to repository; Locate primary redline documents for playbook purposes; Assist in development and review of playbooks and fallback positions; Help establish and coordinate a legal sounding board process; Conduct AI assisted first pass reviews on third-party paper

Requirements

4–7 years in Law (Attorney or Corporate Paralegal) or Contract Management/Analytics; Contract review/negotiation experience, including working from a playbook or other written standard; Ability to review, understand and extrapolate data from legal contracts and understand risk hierarchy; Comfortable using AI and working with AI team to iterate on/improve AI searches and data pulls; Great attention to detail; Clear, concise communication skills, including written/oral communication; Ability to facilitate US-time virtual meetings (reasonable scheduling); Strong MS Office/Excel and document comparison skills

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with at least one AI contract review or CLM platform (e.g., Spellbook, Ironclad, Sirion, Agiloft) and Word-based review workflows; Experience with US multinationals and cross-time-zone collaboration; Contract management system experience; Exposure to global teams
