Analyst - Grade 3

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst (Level 3) to join our committed team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality analysis to support our operations. Responsibilities

Understanding and meeting customer requirements; Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues (including preventive maintenance); Investigating and reporting non-conformance incidents on the QMS; Training colleagues to required standards; Performing safe manual handling of chemicals and equipment; Adhering to Health and Safety policies, including COSHH Risk Assessments and PPE requirements; Complete sample analysis to required timescales and quality standards; Ensure samples meet compliance with the quality management system; Handle more complex analytical techniques with confidence; Interpret and report analytical data effectively; Maintain daily service delivery in line with company KPIs; Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient sample workflows

Requirements

Degree or equivalent in a scientific subject; Ideally, some laboratory experience; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; The ability to deliver instructional training and work effectively in a team; Good communication and excellent IT skills
