Responsibilities

Performing the role of data protection officer for the Philippines; Drafting, updating and managing all (global) data protection processes and procedures for Avaloq; Initiating and managing global data protection projects; Managing data protection tools; Execution and controlling of annually repeating tasks of Group Data Protection; Managing the records of processing activities

Requirements

Candidate must be bachelor's degree holder in Legal, Business management or other similar programs; Data protection experience of at least five (5) years certified; Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written; Experience in performing project work; Knowledge of GDPR regulation is a strong advantage

Nice to have

Data protection certification (CIPP/CIPM); Experience in using and assessing AI tools
