Requirements

3-4 years of experience in IT technical support roles; Solid SQL skills (complex queries and JOIN statements for data investigation and issue resolution); PL/SQL; Handle, analyze, and resolve Tier 2/3 support tickets submitted by users; Fluency in French (B2); Availability for Hybrid work model 2 x week in Porto or Lisbon; Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
