Applied AI / GTM Engineer

Applied AI operator role to build AI-powered products and systems that ship into production and drive internal GTM operations at Lyric, an enterprise AI platform for supply chains. The role involves using AI tools such as Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK, with a focus on root-cause thinking, SME-level fluency, and high-impact outcomes in a performance culture.

Responsibilities

Ship AI-powered tools and agents into production that teammates use every day; Own the design, build, and iteration cycle end to end; Embed AI deeply into the company and GTM tech stack (Slack, Salesforce, Notion, Claude, Fathom, internal tooling); Work directly with founders and leadership to get things done fast; Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to design and instrument new acquisition channels, expansion plays, and vertical motions; Translate company strategy into systems such as data models, automations, AI workflows, and GTM operating cadences; Build MVP systems and products that scale once value is proven; Start in RevOps and turn it into the most automated function on the market

Requirements

Automates problems through engineering, such as building plug-ins and workflows to automate aspects of work; Strong familiarity with building and tinkering with agentic frameworks/platforms; Has personally shipped products or AI-powered systems into production that were adopted at scale; High ownership, high agency mindset and fast pace; 3-5+ years in an engineering role, BizOps, consulting, or as an early-stage founder or founding team member
