Asbestos Surveyor

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Asbestos Surveyor to join our Environment & Safety team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. A background in asbestos surveying, along with knowledge of HSG 264 and the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012), is essential to thrive in this position.

Responsibilities

Undertaking asbestos surveys of a broad range of premises; Liaising with clients and Project Managers; Accurately recording site information and submitting reports

Requirements

BOHS P402 / RPSH Level 3 in Asbestos Surveying; Strong asbestos knowledge and understanding of regulations; Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; Background in asbestos surveying; Knowledge of HSG 264 and the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012); Confidence to work independently; Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team; Proactive, reliable, and flexible
