Assistant Clinical Manager Emergency PRN

As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within your department. Working under the guidance of the Director or Nurse Manager, you will combine clinical expertise with leadership skills to plan, organize, and direct patient care services. Your efforts will directly support the department's goals, regulatory compliance, and overall success. Department: Emergency Department - PRN. Schedule: Rotating w/weekend coverage. Hospital: Henry Ford Health Genesys. Location: Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department; Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets, quality improvement programs, and staffing levels; Support the establishment and achievement of department goals, objectives, and regulatory compliance; Help evaluate and discipline personnel to maintain high standards of care and professionalism

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Two years of RN experience; Current RN license in the State of Michigan; BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards; Certifications appropriate for the specific unit
