You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance, Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses - more specifically Assistant Managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills- judgement, math and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Set the tone and example for the store; Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers; Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shift; Responsible for all store operations; Cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations; Greet customers and take orders with a smile; Operate cash register and collect payment; Make fast, accurate and consistent products complying with portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures; Deliver product by vehicle safely and courteously; Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant; Maintain professional appearance per Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

Judgement, math and the ability to multi-task; Experience leading a team; Manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people during scheduled shift; Stellar attitude and motivational skills; Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; Access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver's license; Be a great role model with high standards for yourself and the team; Willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; At least 18 years old
