Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 10011 Dixie Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures; Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals; Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery; Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately; Interact professionally with customers and address their concerns; Assist in training and developing new team members; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store; Answer phones and process customer orders promptly; Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures; Contribute to creating a positive work environment and team culture; Assist in inventory management and supply ordering; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment; Strong organizational and time management skills; Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude; Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting; Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology; Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment; Demonstrated reliability and punctuality; Experience leading a team, managing 3 to 15 people during shifts; Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; Access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver's license; Being a great role model; Willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays; At least 18 years old
