Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 11240 Manchester Rd location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of pizza makers, delivery drivers, and customer service representatives; Ensure excellent customer experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality and service; Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling; Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals; Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures; Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally; Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets; Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance

Requirements

Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older; Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check; Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance; Strong leadership skills and a desire to motivate and develop team members; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting; Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; High school diploma or equivalent (required); Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Commitment to Domino's brand standards and values

Nice to have

Previous experience in food service or retail management; Familiarity with the St Louis area and local food preferences; Team management experience
