We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Normandy, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively; Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns; Train, supervise, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards; Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately; Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards; Assist in inventory management and stock control; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Handle phone orders and coordinate timely food preparation and delivery; Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities; Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store performance

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry; Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team; Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills; Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems; Time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
