Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team; Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor; Proficiency in math and problem-solving; Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational and time management skills; Proficient in cash handling and basic financial management; Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
