Requirements

Proven experience in retail or food service management, including running shifts and store operations; Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team members; Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude; Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills; Problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work setting; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Nice to have
