Responsibilities

Run shifts efficiently while maintaining high operational standards and ensuring all store procedures are followed; Lead, motivate, and support team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management; Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency; Interact professionally with customers and employees, resolving concerns with empathy and decisiveness; Answer phones, take orders, and provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations; Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all areas; Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members; Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement; Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly; Support inventory management and stock organization; Communicate clearly with management regarding operational challenges and successes
