Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Responsibilities

Oversee cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations; Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers; Manage 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shift; Greet customers and take orders; Operate cash register and collect payment; Make consistent products within Domino's Pizza guidelines; Deliver product by vehicle to customer in a safe and courteous manner; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

Experience leading a team; Positive attitude; Great motivator; Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; Access to a reliable insured vehicle; Great role model and leader; Punctual with a great attitude towards customers and co-workers; At least 18 years old
