Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations; Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers; Manage 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shift; Greet customers and take orders with a smile; Operate cash register and collect payment from customers; Make consistent products within Domino's Pizza guidelines; Deliver products by vehicle from store to customer safely and courteously; Maintain a clean and organized work environment from customer's viewpoint; Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have your own insured vehicle; Must pass MVR screening and criminal background check; Experience leading a team; Positive attitude and ability to be a great motivator; Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured; Punctual; Great attitude with customers and co-workers
