Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts efficiently; Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns; Supervise and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards; Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately; Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards; Assist in inventory management and supply ordering; Contribute to a positive work environment and foster team collaboration; Participate in employee training and development initiatives; Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting; Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively; Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor; Solid understanding of store operations and cash management procedures; Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a dynamic work environment
