Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more!

Responsibilities

Leading and developing your team; Setting high standards for customer service; Maintaining high product quality standards; Handling crucial aspects of store operations; Training and developing a team; Making sure employees on their shift come to their schedules; Placing store food orders; Maintaining inventory; Ensuring exceptional product quality; Responding promptly to customer concerns; Maintaining the proper image of all store employees; Adhering to all Team Sharma Domino’s Policies including Team Sharma App usage 100%; Ensuring all store calls are answered after the first ring

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S. employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor; Organized and efficient in time management; Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment; Must be able to stand and walk for most tasks; Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; Ability to carry bulk items such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds and trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray, three at a time); Ability to bend, reach, crouch, or squat; Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance; Ability to push and pull trays on dollies requiring force up to 7.5 pounds

Nice to have

Prior management experience is a plus; Preferred restaurant experience
