As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day. This includes leading and developing your team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining high product quality standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks; Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor; Organized and efficient in time management; Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment; Ability to stand and walk for most tasks; Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and squat
