Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more!. This includes: Leading and developing your team, Setting High standards for customer service, Maintaining High product quality standards. Eligibility requires successfully managing a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor; Organized and efficient in time management; Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment; Possessing the ability to train and develop a team; Making sure employees on their shift come to their schedules, placing store food orders/maintaining inventory; Ensuring exceptional product quality; Responding promptly to customer concerns; Maintaining the proper image of all store employees; Adhering to all Team Sharma Domino's Policies including Team Sharma App usage 100%; Ensuring all store calls are answered after the first ring; Ability to stand and walk for most tasks; Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; Ability to carry bulk items such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds and trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray, three at a time); Ability to bend and reach continuously; Ability to occasionally crouch or squat to stock shelves and clean low areas; Ability to push and pull trays on dollies with force up to 7.5 pounds
