Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor; Organized and efficient in time management; Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment; Ability to train and develop a team; Ability to ensure employees on their shift come to their schedules, place store food orders and maintain inventory; Ability to ensure exceptional product quality; Ability to respond promptly to customer concerns; Ability to maintain the proper image of all store employees; Adherence to all Team Sharma Domino's Policies, including Team Sharma App usage 100%; Ability to ensure all store calls are answered after the first ring; Standing and walking for most tasks; Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; Carrying bulk items such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds and trays of pizza dough approximately 12 pounds each; Bending and reaching continuously; Occasionally crouching or squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas; Occasionally navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance; Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requiring force of up to 7.5 pounds
