Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more! This includes: Leading and developing your team; Setting High standards for customer service; Maintaining High product quality standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S. employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor; Organized and efficient in time management; Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment; Ability to train and develop a team; Ability to stand and walk for most tasks; Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; Ability to carry bulk items such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds and trays of pizza dough; Ability to bend and reach; Ability to occasionally crouch or squat; Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance; Ability to push and pull trays on dollies with force of up to 7.5 pounds
