Assistant Manager | Landlord Representation

Responsibilities

Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients; Work with our Market Analyst group on submittals for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis and reports.; Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations; Work on documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.; Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.; Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients post-sales support; Help mount and attend various client engagement activities·; Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate clients.

Requirements

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent; Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills; Great organizational & interpersonal skills.
