Due to recent growth in our business across the region, we are looking for a commercial real estate project management professional in the Hong Kong team.

Responsibilities

How you would contribute to business:; Support the delivery and execution of the project/s assigned; Liaise with owners/clients, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other service providers; Assist the design management process from concept through construction documentation; Prepare cost estimation and manage tendering process and contract administration; Support procurement activities, manage the contracts and services for and on behalf of the owners/clients; Supervise construction works on-site and coordination of trades; Prepare and maintain project schedules; Contribute to identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks, ensuring issues are promptly addressed.; Ensure proper project close-out and handover of projects to clients/owners; Assist in monitoring project financials, including tracking invoices and supporting timely payment collection from owners/clients; Other functions to be assigned by the Project Director/Team Head

Requirements

Skills that help you excel in the role:; University degree holder, preferably in Construction Management, Project Management, Surveying, Architectural Studies or related discipline; Formal training in project management, quantity surveying, building surveying or interior design is preferred; 1-4 years of solid experience in running commercial real estate projects, preferably commercial fit-out / office refurbishment / retail projects; Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager; Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.; Experienced in delivering international quality projects in distant markets using in-house or third party providers is an added value.; Proven participation in development planning and execution experience, and able to adapt these skills in a fast-paced environment requiring close interaction with clients and colleagues; Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English and Chinese; Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.; Familiar with design software, e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Indesign, SketchUp, etc. will be an advantage
