Assistant Store Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Paris Galeries Lafayette.

Responsibilities

Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target; Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy; Mentor, motivate and retain the staff in store, building teamwork; Support staff optimization vs business needs; Monitor the efficient of the clienteling tools; Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures; Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services; Contribute to build effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers; Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards

Requirements

Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation; Proven experience of about 2 years in managerial role; Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams; Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team; Strong communication skills and team-player mentality; Fluent in French and in English
