Boskalis yard in Ras Al Khaimah plays an important role in supporting our regional and international operations. The yard serves as a key location for the storage, maintenance, repair, and mobilization of equipment and materials used across our projects. It enables efficient planning, preparation, and execution of operational activities, while ensuring equipment readiness and supporting safe and effective logistics processes.

As an Assistant Yard Supervisor, you will support the safe and efficient execution of yard activities, with a strong focus on lifting operations, logistics coordination, workshop support, and daily operational planning. You will help maintain a well-organised yard environment and ensure activities are carried out in line with operational requirements and safety standards.

- Your team : You will be part of the operations team based in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Where you will work : You will work from our yard office in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Fulltime/ part- time job : The position of the Assistant Yard Supervisor is a full-time job.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate day-to-day yard activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.; Assist in planning lifting operations, logistics activities, crane operations, and equipment movements within the yard.; Contribute to workshop coordination, repair activities, and maintenance-related tasks to support operational readiness.; Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.; Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, operators, and workshop teams to support smooth execution of activities.

Requirements

A strong safety mindset and experience with lifting operations, workshop experience is preferred.; Familiarity with logistics, crane operations, planning of activities and procedures, and equipment-related operations.; Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.; Experience with MS Office, knowledge of finance, maintenance, or other operational systems is an advantage.; A flexible, hands-on, and team-oriented approach.; Preferably a valid UAE light vehicle driving license.; Career opportunities : We challenge you every day to get better.
