Associate Deployment Strategist

We’re looking for a Associate Deployment Strategist to lead the technical deployment process and drive customer relationships during onboarding for our customers. As an early member of our Deployments Team, you'll help shape our deployment processes as we scale — from customer project management to technical setup, you’ll drive revenue conversion, retention, and satisfaction among our customers. You'll use your learnings from engaging with customers to formalize deployment best practices, help improve our product, and iterate on our operational processes as we scale.

Responsibilities

Build customer relationships and guide technical deployment projects across all customer segments; Explore and document product functionality across all areas of our product, including web application and API; Develop and refine deployment best practices based on product expertise; Improve internal efficiencies and overall customer experience during deployment; Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product & Engineering to get customers live; Drive the product roadmap by acting as a liaison between customers and the product org; Set the tone for better customer engagement and help customers see more value

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service; Experience working with APIs and integrations; Ability to partner with customers to drive outcomes; Curiosity and technical aptitude, including parsing code or writing SQL; Strategic thinking and ability to break projects into tasks; Grit and determination to get things done; Growth mindset; Collaborative, humble, and helpful team member
