Associate Director, Product (Data)

IntusCare is an end-to-end technology ecosystem built for PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and similar coordinated care models, offering a purpose-built EMR and cloud-native solutions. The Associate Director of Data Product Management will help lead the development of DataHub, a self-service data warehousing and reporting product that lets PACE organizations access their data and create custom reports. This is a management role and the primary owner of the product line, responsible for its success. The base salary range for this role is 165K-175K, with the ideal candidate expected near the midpoint. This is a fully remote role based in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the continued development of DataHub, a self-service data warehousing and reporting product; Oversee the product's day-to-day operations; Partner with engineering to plan releases; Strategically evaluate new feature opportunities; Independently leverage AI to investigate the codebase and resolve technical functionality questions; Own the development of complex features, including client discovery sessions and PRD writing; Recommend build vs buy assessments for manager review; Provide company wide updates related to the product on a regular basis; Handle client escalations; Assist the manager in guiding cross-functional stakeholders through application changes and rollout; Own all steps needed in launching a new feature; Flag areas of potential cross-product interdependencies; Plan monthly roadmaps; Develop pod level quarterly roadmaps; Recommend product level quarterly roadmap plans for manager review; Set clear expectations for direct reports and provide regular direct feedback; Provide direct reports with growth opportunities and career development guidance

Requirements

6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team; Strong technical background, with familiarity in data modeling and analytics tooling; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Comfort working directly with clients, with the ability to navigate escalations; Ability to handle ambiguous problem spaces; Business acumen, with an ability to balance product decisions against broader business outcomes; Attention to detail with an analytical mindset; Proactive and eager to learn new skills; Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle; Experience running scrum processes; Proficient in SQL and JIRA; Experience working with healthcare datasets such as electronic health record data or claims data
