The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.

We are seeking a Associate Director, Structures to join our WA leadership team. Specifically

- Lead and grow a team of structural engineers, designers, and project managers.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Structural Engineering; Proven leadership experience within a consultancy environment.; Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.; A track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.; Strategic thinking with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower your team.
