Responsibilities

Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end (onboarding, offboarding, approvals, contracts, probation and review cycles); Own our HR system on the People side: configure features, automate workflows, keep data quality high, and be the go-to expert for the team; Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on People topics; Lead People projects from concept to rollout (e.g., engagement, performance, policies, culture initiatives); Handle day-to-day HR administration across our European and US teams; Build People dashboards and reports that support data-driven decisions

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Some practical experience from internships or working student roles, ideally in HR or People Operations; Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion with sensitive topics; Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a mindset for building processes; Tech affinity: you enjoy working with tools and have hands-on experience with an HRIS (e.g., Rippling, Personio); Ownership mindset: You see a manual process and fix it without waiting to be asked; Fluent in English and German

Nice to have

Experience automating workflows or building reports (e.g., HRIS workflows, dashboards); Project management experience; A focus on HR, organization, or labor law in your studies; Experience in an international, fast-growing company
