Associate Vice President, Client Services, India

This role at WPP Media's Media Futures Group is for a Director - Partnerships to drive thought leadership on the Partnerships vertical and lead a team. The role reports to Regional (APAC), head of partnerships MFG. It requires strong logical thinking and is focused on answering the WHY, along with the HOW. WPP Media is an AI-driven media operating unit. The hybrid approach has teams in the office around four days a week.

Responsibilities

Drive thought leadership on the Partnerships vertical, linking cultural insights to content opportunities and solutions across cricket, entertainment, music, sub-culture etc.; Lead a team; Drive strategic partnerships and alliances with strong storytelling and brand solutions; Liaise with regional & local cross-functional specialist teams to strengthen partnership measurement; Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of content strategists; Develop and implement monitoring and measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of content campaigns; Drive client satisfaction; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategy into broader marketing and communication initiatives

Requirements

10-12+ years of experience in building content solutions, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing and team management with hands-on experience executing large scale content/media partnerships across TV, Digital, OTT, Cinema & Brand Activations; Strong analytical and problem-solving/story-telling skills; Proven ability to lead and motivate a team; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and execute with precision
