Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

As a Field Auto Damage Trainee, you'll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, manage rental cars, resolve customer concerns, and drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines required; Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills; Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms; Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; GEICO will not sponsor employment authorization for this position

Nice to have

Customer-facing experience preferred; Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred; Active Adjusters license preferred; College degree preferred
