AV Engineer

Responsibilities

Install, service, and support AV, lighting, shading, and control systems; Carry out preventative maintenance visits and prepare service reports; Diagnose and resolve system faults independently or as part of a team; Install upgrades and assist with small to mid-scale projects; Liaise directly with clients, providing excellent service in high-end settings; Maintain accurate records of all work and ensure installations meet the highest standards

Requirements

Strong knowledge of AV systems (Crestron, Savant, Lutron, or similar); Experience in multiroom AV distribution, cinema systems, and lighting/shading controls; Competent in fault-finding, technical drawings, and cabling terminations; Confident communicator, able to explain technical issues clearly to clients; Team player with the ability to also work independently; Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
