Requirements

Responsibilities; Coordinating logistical activities of vendor, internal DTS staff and users for all; installations; Facilitating project meetings; Tracking and validating equipment deliveries; Serving as primary point of contact for communication with departments to provide; notification of upcoming work efforts; Providing status reports during scheduled project meetings; Escalating functional, quality, timeline issues to UC Program Manager and AV; engineering team; Coordinating the removal of existing equipment according to the County’s surplus; disposal process, where applicable; Assisting the UC Program Manager and AV engineering team as required; Experience; 8+ years of technical program or project management experience leading large; capital projects required. Preference given to candidates with direct AV experience; 8+ years of experience related to implementation, installation and integration of AV; hardware; Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, across all; levels of the organization; Experience working for federal, state or local government agencies
