B2B Customer Success Specialist with German (m/f/d)

For our Equipment Services team, we are looking for a dedicated B2B Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer experience to our Partners among various industries. You will act as the central coordination point for customers, technicians, EU administrative teams, and suppliers. You will manage customer requests end-to-end, ensure timely interventions, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction across the DACH region.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of both internal and external customer partnership and satisfaction; Manage service orders via inbound and outbound calls to ensure complete and on time service delivery; Coordinate with EU teams, customers, field technicians, sales, and suppliers; Collaborate with European peers on intervention requests; Manage requests from quotation to invoicing; Coordinate and oversee interventions with subcontractors; Act as central coordination point for customers, technicians, EU administrative teams, and suppliers; Manage customer requests end-to-end; Ensure timely interventions; Maintain excellent customer satisfaction across the DACH region

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with previous customer service experience; Fluency in German (min C1) and English (min B1) both verbal and written; Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel; Proactive team player with commercial mindset; Solution-oriented with strong customer service and organizing skills

Nice to have

Background in customer care or order management; Knowledge of well-known ERP or CRM system; SAP C4C experience
