The targeted hiring range for this position is $15.08 - $20.05 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Two years of related customer service experience, preferably with cash handling.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and serve food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) with professionalism and warmth.; Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol and prepare drinks according to recipes and hotel standards.; Adhere to all hotel, local, state, and federal regulations to ensure safe and proper food and alcohol service.; Maintain full knowledge of all food, cocktail, wine, and beer offerings to assist guests effectively.; Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire restaurant.; Properly use all equipment and adhere to cost controls to minimize expenses and waste.; Work as a team player, contributing to the success of the bar, restaurant, and events.; Accurately handle cash and reconcile bartender financials at the end of the shift.; Collaborate with other departments to provide efficient and timely services.

Requirements

Basic computer skills, strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills.; Ability to work in a face paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
