The Barber will accomplish this by following the principles of customer service and applying techniques effectively, creatively, and with efficiency. Utilizing strong consultation procedures to ensure that all clients' expectations are exceeded is part of a Barber's commitment when you become a Regis team member. Responsibilities

Provide quality services by consulting with clients and applying appropriate service techniques; Recommend and participate in approved local marketing initiatives including coupon campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and client appreciation events; Educate clients about proper home hair care and recommend services/products; Employ best practices for customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty; Provide quality consultations including stating the final price before the service begins; Complete required administrative tasks (closing out tickets on POS, scheduling appointments) promptly; Communicate effectively and positively with clients, team members, leaders, and corporate support team; Meet or exceed productivity standards set by Regis; Perform all services offered at the salon; Maintain flexibility in scheduled shifts including potential night and weekend shifts; Attend all required technical training sessions; Follow Regis policies and salon operational procedures (including bank deposits/runs, salon cleaning/maintenance, disinfecting styling implements)

Requirements

Barber License (Required); Work as a team-player and/or independently; Market yourself in the community and salon to increase your clientele; Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; Consistent and excellent customer service skills; Multi-task efficiently to complete salon duties; Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with hair trends; Ability to meet physical requirements (bending, sitting, twisting, turning, lifting generally 10-15 pounds, standing for extended periods); Possession of a valid, current barber's license; Maintain a valid barber's license; Complete assigned training as determined by Regis; Participate in the Hair Stylist Academy (HSA) program and receive a certificate of completion
