Role Overview

The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages to standards.; Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to guests.; Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the coffee and service areas.; Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment properly.; Ensure proper stock levels and assist with inventory control.; Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards.; Handle guest requests and provide recommendations on beverages when required.

Requirements

Previous Barista experience in a luxury hotel, café, or restaurant is preferred.; Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.; Good communication and interpersonal skills.; Good command of English, additional languages are an advantage.; Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.; Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
