Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.; Greet guests, take drink orders, and recommend beverages.; Mix cocktails according to standard recipes.; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.; Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.; Monitor and replenish bar inventory and supplies.; Process cash and card payments accurately.; Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service policies.; Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.; Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements

Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.; Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.; Strong communication and customer service skills.; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.; Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.; Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
