Bartender & Server

This is a full time position that is a dual position that will work some days as a Bartender, and some days as a Server in our restaurant, lounge and portable bars throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

Compose and be knowledgeable of standard drinks and liquors/wines specific to restaurant bar; Plan and maintain par levels for bar inventory. Prepare daily orders for bar items to maintain pars. Perform bar inventory; Responsible for cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by the Accounting Department; Responsible for learning suggestive selling techniques and using them during services; Expedite food orders, checking for accuracy and presentation; Monitor and critique food quality and service levels; Check daily boards for team side work assignments and special instructions; Pick up reservations; Prepare dining room & lounge tables for service; Processing guests checks and billing through the Quad POS system; Maintain cleanliness of all workplace areas

Requirements

Bassett Certified; ServeSafe Certified; Three years bartending experience & Two years Server experience in full service restaurant; Extensive liquor, beer, wine, and mixology knowledge; Excellent customer service skills; Pleasant and helpful personality
