#BECA AHE - Manufacturing Engineering Trainee (2026/H2)

Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. Starting date October 1st 2026 until September 30th 2027. The selection process will take place from May 2026 to September 2026. Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). Responsibilities

Help with the running of daily operations; Support the industrialization process, bridging design data to manufacturing, and collaborating with the design office to influence product architecture; Ensure efficient workflow and accurate execution, by producing robust documentation and supporting change management in production; Apply continuous improvement to meet Industrial Excellence goals

Requirements

Recent graduate from different disciplines; Aerospace/Industrial engineering profile; Ability to apply a Digital approach to an Industrial environment; Curious and rigorous, enthusiastic and constant; Great team player; Diverse academic and non-academic background; Effective communication in Spanish and English; Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
