Responsibilities

Page guests and patrons in the hotel lobby and outlets as and when required.; Deliver messages, packages to and from guest rooms, and different hotel departments.; Perform errands for guests as assigned by the Chief Concierge.; Assist in rooming guests as directed by the reception desk.; Process newspaper requirements of guest, hotel outlets and departments.; Man the Concierge counter at midnight serving as custodian, to ensure physical monitoring of both Concierge materials and stored guest property.
