We are looking for an experienced Host/Hostess to Join our team at Victoria & Albert Museum

We are predominantly day time shifts, meaning we offer one of the best work-life balance in hospitality.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for experience in customer service, full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.

We Offer

Rate: £13.00 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile; Manage queues to reduce waiting time; Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements; Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their needs; Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area; Support waitstaff and other team members as needed

Requirements

Prior experience as a host/hostess; A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Team player who loves working with others; Flexible availability, including weekends
